  • 4tified specializes in signature workshops such as Foundational Microaggressions workshop, and a 4-part introductory series to meet the needs of newly onboarded partners to the work of intersectional racial equity. Custom designed workshops are curated to meet the needs of each individual organization as the content aligns with the goals and strategic plan.

  • 4tified offers individual or small -cohort coaching to increase leadership capacity at a more personal level. Coaching sessions can be planned mini-workshops for self-reflection, review or feedback for upcoming organizational plans of action, or a debriefing/processing spa

  • 4tified features team and/or organizational culture diagnostics through initial dialogue data collection, data processing coaching, and assessment/evaluation design of strategic plan implementation steps

  • 4tified supports culturally sustainable curriculum development through guidance and facilitation to create tools with internal teams. We also can utilize or custom design our tools to assess the competency of the learning curriculum for both youth and adult learners.

  • 4tified provides keynotes for conferences and events such as graduations, Regional and National Summits, and learning webinars. Keynote speeches can be customized and tailored to the event’s theme and the audience (age, lived experiences, etc.)
