Vision Statement

4tified Educational Practices, LLC works to transform organizational systems through the lens of intersectional equity, starting with race. We analyze and assess the readiness of leadership to build a solid foundation through educating practitioners, empowering leaders, engaging communities to reach intentional systems change. We believe to sustain the work of dismantling oppressive systems, institutions must start with personal development as the precursor to professional development. 


Educating Practitioners

We assess the readiness of institutions to begin intersectional racial equity work through initial dialogues to create customized learning plans complete with learning modules for developing leaders. We start with the personal before the professional


Empowering Leaders

We provide individual coaching and consulting, as well as group sessions to meet learners where they are. 



Engaging Community

 4tified offers a strategic approach to building an organization’s capacity to collaborate with community stakeholders in an equitable manner, centering authentic dialogue and action-oriented goals.
